The School begins at 9:15 AM. Students should reach the School 15 (fifteen) minutes before the School scheduled time. Students should come to School in full uniform and approved dress code of the School. In case, any change in colour is found, the child will be sent back home or punished after 2nd warning. In order to avoid such situation, please purchase the School dress material from VINOD FANCY STORE only. Every Wednesdays & Saturdays, the student should wear School T. Shirt, Black Shoes and Black Socks. Students to wear pant from waist to the ankle length. Students to have two sets of dress & two T-shirts, three pairs of white & black socks each (i.e. 5 pairs) No designer shoes allowed. Only Liberty/naughty boys shoes allowed for wed. After the classes get over, Parents are requested to wait patiently for their children. Parents are requested to maintain decorum and allow the Teachers to maintain the discipline of the School. Parents or Guardians are not allowed to visit the Teachers in the Classroom without the permission of the Principal. Principal / Vice Principal / Administrator will be available in the Office to meet Parents from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. during the working days. Students whose attendance is irregular, who do not pay their fees, who are habitually late, absent, lazy, disobedient or disrespectful to the teacher or whose conduct is injurious to the moral tone of the school incompatible with the discipline may be dismissed. Any health problem which is contagious and/or valid will need doctor’s certificate, in all cases the School Head’s decision is final. No students is allowed to leave the school premises except on the strength of a letter or request or writing on the school diary from his/her guardian and unless sanctioned by the School Head. Students remaining continuously absent for more than twenty days (20) without permission are liable to be excluded from the rolls and re-admission may be refused. Those who have been absent must show the teacher their regularity record duly counter signed by the School Head before entering the class room. Late comers may be sent back home. Fees will have to be paid as long as pupil’s name is on the rolls. Once the annual fees is paid no refund will be made even if the pupil is withdrawn.
