Timings & Rules

The School begins at 8:45 AM. Children must be in the School before the mentioned time.

  1. All should be habitually clean and neatly dressed at all times. The school uniform is to be worn on all class days, House T-shirts on Wednesday & Saturdays and formal uniforms on the other days.

  2. Any damage to school property must be made good. Either individually or collectively.

  3. No books (other than school books or library books) magazines or papers should be brought to the school.

  4. Toys or any other material not related to studies should not be carried to the school complex.

  5. Parents and Guardians are restricted from meeting the children or teachers in the class room without the permission of the Principal. Those who wish to meet teachers should do so only after school hours or may do so from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, with the permission from the School Head.

  6. Students whose attendance is irregular, who do not pay their fees, who are habitually late, absent, lazy, disobedient or disrespectful to the teacher or whose conduct is injurious to the moral tone of the school incompatible with the discipline may be dismissed.

  7. Any health problem which is contagious and/or valid will need doctor’s certificate, in all cases the School Head’s decision is final.

  8. No students is allowed to leave the school premises except on the strength of a letter or request or writing on the school diary from his/her guardian and unless sanctioned by the School Head.

  9. Students remaining continuously absent for more than twenty days (20) without permission are liable to be excluded from the rolls and re-admission may be refused.

  1. Those who have been absent must show the teacher their regularity record duly counter signed by the School Head before entering the class room. Late comers may be sent back home.

  2. Fees will have to be paid as long as pupil’s name is on the rolls. Once the annual fees is paid no refund will be made even if the pupil is withdrawn.

  3. Certificate and result will be withheld who have pending dues/balance/arrear. Fees for vacation months will be released in advance.

  4. All receipts given by the school must be kept carefully in custody of the parents and produced if so required by the school.

  5. Children whose fees have not been paid for two consecutive months will not be allowed to attend the classes.

  6. Fees must be paid before the 10th of every month. If fees are not paid by that date, late fee will be levied Rs. 50/- per month. No reminder will be sent for payment.

  7. Students should be responsible in their conduct both in & outside the school, on their way to and from the school, they are expected to behave in a courteous manner & properly dressed.
