International Yoga Day

St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School, Dimapur observed International Yoga Day on 21st June 2022 in the School Auditorium by organizing Yoga Sessions, where all the students took part with great enthusiasm.

Students also took part in making Clay Models on Yoga Poses by using clays.

Important information about different kinds of benefits of Yoga were also explained to the students.

The whole team was guided by the teachers, School Authority along with the Principal.
